About the 2010 Camp

Typically, after breakfast, the Rendezvous camp day starts with joint warm-ups in the main recreation hall of Luccock Park Camp, led by the two clinicians.

Jim DeBusman, an experienced music educator, was the clinician for the 2010 young men's chorus and will return for the 2011 Rendezvous.

Natalie Berdahl, director of the Bozeman Chord Rustlers, directed the young women's chorus in 2009 and in 2010.

Most of the rehearsals are held indoors, in any of several buildings.

But good weather allowed us to have some of our rehearsals outdoors.

Here the girls' baritone section is perfecting their part for one of their songs.

Built into the camp schedule is time for recreation, which for some included volleyball.

Evening recreation may include eating s'mores at the campfire or hanging out on the swings.

Our campers agree that the food seems to keep getting better each year, and no one needs to go away hungry.

Dress rehearsal for the Sunday concert is held on Saturday evening at the camp.

Each year several quartets form from the students who attend the Rendezvous.
